The adidas X-21FD front drive crosstrainer delivers an exceptionally smooth and stable elliptical motion thanks to its large 12kg flywheel and rear roller mechanism. You can customise the intensity of your workout by selecting one of the 24 electronic resistance levels and adjust the 5 inline levels to target additional muscle areas and create an even greater challenge.
With 12 preset fitness programmes and the ability to create and save 4 customised workouts, the X-21FD's console allows you to vary your fitness programme to keep you happy and motivated. Further enhance your training programme by syncing the X-21FD with Kinomap to participate in a variety of challenges and scenic exercise videos, or even compete with your friends in multiplayer mode.

The LCD screen ensures you are continuously informed of your progress with live performance data such as speed, time, distance, calories, pulse, watts, rpm and resistance. Accurate heart rate data is also available via the integrated hand pulse sensors.

Complete with built-in speakers and Bluetooth connectivity, the X-21FD connects wirelessly to your tablet and smartphone so you can support your workout with motivational music tracks or pass the time watching your favourite movies and box sets while you train.

With a stride length of 46 cm and fully adjustable footplates, the X-21FD is suitable for all user sizes. Equipped with NRG Tech padded footplates and dual action and fixed handlebars, the X-21FD allows free control over your training position for better form, less stress and maximum comfort - all combined for a better cardio workout at home. Thanks to the solid build quality, users up to a maximum weight of 150 kg can also benefit from the X-21FD's features.
