Enjoy a very simple application of the Blackroll. The muscle to be treated is placed on the Blackroll and then you roll over the muscle. Points which are particularly painful or braced it would be useful to hold a brief time, then roll on. It is recommended per 3 sets to do eight to twelve reps. You should invest 20 to 30 minutes for an ideal "rollkur".
