Changing the position of the magnetized selector pin on the side of the kettlebell engages and locks the core blocks from the top of the stack down, increasing the kettlebell's overall weight for use during workouts. The unused core blocks are left in their original storage position on a flat surface. This allows you to create additional weight increments of 10 kg, 12 kg and 16 kg.
