The necessity of proteins for athletes

Proteins are made up of different amino acids. Proteins add enough energy to the body, promote muscle growth and simultaneously enlarge the volume. The performance will be increased and it also stimulates the metabolism with proper dosage. Thereby toxic substances are flushed out and space will be created for the optimal care of body and mind.
