The long dumbbell - a special form of the dumbbell
A dumbbell is a training device for sport and consists of a bar and weights. The weights are mounted on the left and right side of the long dumbbell. This form of dumbbells is often used at muscle building training. The only difference between a short and a long dumbbell is that the long dumbbell has a longer bar.
The stability of the bars and holdings is higher, because heavier weights are used. Long dumbbells are apecifically used for the bench press, deadlift and squats. Especially legs, arms and the back will be activated.
