What is the Aero-Step® XL?
The Aero-Step XL - made in Germany - is an inflated therapy and training tool made of patented Ruton. It features a needle valve for regulating the air charge. The Aero-Step XL can bear a weight of at least 200kg. The material is odorless and free of latex and forbidden phthalates. The manufacturer offers a 30 year warranty for the product. Exercise poster and air pump are included.

 What is it good for?
Training with the Aero-Step XL can enhance joint stability. Muscles are strengthened in depth. More than 1000 spiky knobs stimulate the foot reflex zone and can lead to a better blood circulation as a result of the massage effect.

How does it work?
No matter whether it is being used in a dorsal, ventral or standing position for leg axis training, due to the instability caused by the air inside the dual chambers of the Aero-Step XL, every known exercise becomes a unique experience and a real challenge. The connecting plate at the bottom of the Aero-Step XL offers the stability necessary to ensure a superb adhesion to the ground. This combination leads to fast training results.
