The AIREX® Balance Pad is an ideal therapy and training tool made from soft Airex foam. With its smooth surface, the Balance Pad is perfect for beginners doing balance training barefoot. Thanks to its 6-cm thickness, this Balance Pad provides the desired destabilizing effects. The flexible foam constantly challenges the body to maintain its balance, thereby stabilizing the joints. Exercises performed on the Balance Pad engage deep muscles to a greater extent than exercises without the Balance Pad. Training on the Balance Pad can specifically improve both physical conditioning and coordination skills, such as strength, endurance, and balance.

However, this does not affect the function in any way.

Cleaning a Balance Pad

All types of dirt should preferably be cleaned with a soft brush and lukewarm soapy water. Stains and similar contaminants must not be treated with gasoline or stain removers. If disinfection is necessary, it can be performed using commercially available disinfectants.
