Cooling unit for the AIRCAST Cryo Cuff cold therapy system

The AIRCAST Cryo Cuff canister with tubing is the cooling unit of the Cryo Cuff cold therapy system and is used with the compatible Cryo Cuff wraps.

The system combines cold therapy and compression to support targeted local cold therapy. It is particularly suitable for postoperative and post-traumatic treatment and can help reduce pain, swelling, and joint effusion.

Use and Function

The canister serves as the cooling unit for the various Cryo Cuff wraps. It is filled with water and ice for cooling and connected to the respective wrap using the supplied tubing.

The combination of cold therapy and compression enables targeted treatment of the affected area of the body. The system is easy to use and is suitable for use with various Cryo Cuff wraps.

Care Instructions

After use, drain all water from the wrap, tubing, and cooling unit. To empty the tubing, lift it up while simultaneously pressing the tip of the quick connector.

Then remove the lid from the cooling unit to allow the canister to dry completely during storage.

Clean the canister, tubing, and used wrap regularly. To do so, add approximately 100 ml of liquid soap and hot water to the cooling unit and allow the soapy water to flow through the cooling unit and wrap several times. Then repeat the process with clean, warm water and rinse all components thoroughly.
