Application

1. Locate the desired pain, trigger, or acupuncture point.
2. Clean and dry the skin.
3. Carefully remove the cross tape from the backing film and apply it to the selected point without tension.
4. Press the tape gently and activate it by rubbing briefly.
5. Depending on skin type and stress, the cross tape can be worn for several days.

Tip: For optimal adhesion, apply to clean, dry, and oil-free skin.
