How to Use

Open the airtight packaging immediately before use. Remove the heat patch and peel off the protective film from the back. Then apply the patch firmly and smoothly, adhesive side down, to the painful area.

The heat patch can be applied directly to the skin or alternatively to the innermost layer of clothing. It is activated through contact with oxygen. After a few minutes, noticeable warmth develops; the maximum temperature may be reached after up to 30 minutes. The recommended maximum application time is 12 hours per day.

Important: Do not apply to red, diseased, sensitive, damaged, or injured skin. The heat patch must not be used by people with reduced sensitivity to heat, for example those with diabetes, circulatory disorders, or nerve damage. Do not use while sleeping and do not reuse.

If the heat becomes uncomfortable or if skin irritation, a rash, or burns occur, remove the heat patch immediately. The skin should be checked regularly during use.
