Compex Corebelt electrodes

1 bag of 4x Electrode Pads (80mm x 80mm) made exclusively for the Compex CoreBelt range.

Using the Electrode Pads:

The double-sided adhesive electrodes should be positioned on the belt according to the placement marks on the belt. Open the electrode package and remove the plastic from the grid pattern side.

Abdominal session -> Front electrodes only
Back session -> Back electrodes only
Core Session -> Front and Back Electrodes

Glue the electrodes, grid side down, in line with the outlines. At this point, the visible side of the electrodes should be solid black.

We recommend placing the four electrodes, two on the front and two on the back, even if you only stimulate the abdominal muscles or only the lower back. Make sure the metal pins are completely covered by the electrodes.
