The SURGE Storm 60 is a modern training device designed to improve overall health, fitness and performance. The Storm 60 provides a particular challenge for the joints and muscle stabilization by forcing the body to resist and control the unpredictable nature of moving water. The water level can be adjusted individually, requiring constant muscular and coordination adjustments during exercise to maintain balance. When fully filled, the device weighs approximately 27.2 kg, making it ideal for strength demanding workouts.
Three sturdy handles and the outer edges of the Storm 60 provide a wide range of one handed and two handed grip and training options.
