Easy home training with Powerblock

The Powerblock Pro multifunctional dumbbell allows you to change weights quickly and easily thanks to a simple plug-in system. The Powerblock Pro version offers the possibility to train with heavy weights, so you can also do an intensive strength training at home. Furthermore, the PowerBlock EXP Pro is equipped with a urethane coating to provide a smooth transition and silent weight training. The Powerblock EXP Pro is available in 3 stages: Stage 1 is the base and offers the user a dumbbell workout up to about 23kg. With Stage 2, the EXP Pro can be extended to train up to 32kg. Stage 3 offers strength training up to around 41kg in your own 4 walls. To make it easier to set the amount of weight, a colour scale helps to classify and select the appropriate weight.

To remove the internal weights, tilt the handle backwards to prevent the weights from falling out and then pull the lever down. Remove the internal weights and place them in the storage slots on the stand. Then drop the handle back into the weight stack to close the lever or do it manually. To put the weights back in the handle, reverse this procedure.

• The fine graduation is achieved by two removable additional weights of 1 kg each in the handle.

Stage 2 extends the Stage 1 basic set with two additional weight bars and 6 new weight levels up to 31.8 kg.
The following additional weights can be selected for Stage 2: 24.9 kg, 26.1 kg, 27.2 kg, 29.4 kg, 30.7, 31.8 kg

Powerblock Pro EXP Stage 3:

Stage 3 extends the sets Stage 1 and 2 by two additional weight bars and 6 new weight levels up to 40.8 kg.
The following additional weights can be selected for Stage 3: 34.2 kg, 35.3 kg, 36.4 kg, 38.6 kg, 39.7 and 40.8 kg.
