Simple home training with Powerblock

Thanks to a simple plug-in system, the Powerblock Pro multifunctional dumbbell allows weights to be changed quickly and easily. The Powerblock Pro version makes it possible to train with heavy weights and so you can also do intensive strength training at home. Furthermore, the PowerBlock EXP Pro is equipped with a urethane coating to provide a smooth transition and the quietest possible dumbbell training. The Powerblock EXP Pro is available in 3 stages: Stage 1 represents the basis and offers the user dumbbell training up to around 23kg. With Stage 2, the EXP Pro can be expanded and trained up to around 32kg. Stage 3 offers strength training up to around 41kg in the comfort of your own home. To make it easier to set the amount of weight, a color scale helps you classify and select the appropriate weight.

To remove the internal weights, tilt the handle backwards to prevent the weights from falling out and then pull the lever down. Remove the internal weights and insert them into the storage slots on the stand. Then drop the handle back into the weight stack to close the lever or do it manually. To reinsert the weights into the handle, reverse this process.

• Stage 1 replaces 16 pairs of conventional dumbbells weighing 1 to 22.7kg.
• Possible weight levels: 1.1kg, 2.2kg, 3.4kg, 4.5kg, 6.8kg, 7.9kg, 9kg, 11.3kg, 12.4kg, 13.6kg , 15.8kg, 17kg, 18.1kg, 20.3kg, 21.5kg, 22.7kg.
• The fine gradation is achieved by two removable additional weights of 1kg each in the handle.

Stage 2 expands the Stage 1 basic set with two additional weight rails and 6 new weight levels up to 31.8 kg.
The following additional weights can be selected for Stage 2: 24.9 kg, 26.1 kg, 27.2 kg, 29.4 kg, 30.7, 31.8 kg

Powerblock Pro EXP Stage 3:

Stage 3 expands sets Stage 1 and 2 with two additional weight rails and 6 new weight levels up to 40.8 kg.
The following additional weights can be selected for Stage 3: 34.2 kg, 35.3 kg, 36.4 kg, 38.6 kg, 39.7 and 40.8 kg.
