TENS – Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation

The Cefar Basic is specifically designed for TENS pain therapy. Electrical stimulation through surface electrodes can be used to provide symptomatic relief for various types of pain.

The device features three preset treatment programs:

• TENS Conventional – conventional TENS stimulation

• TENS Burst – Burst TENS

• Modulated TENS – modulated TENS stimulation with varying pulse width

Cefar Easy Touch™ – Easy Intensity Adjustment

A key feature of the Cefar Basic is Cefar Easy Touch™. At the touch of a button, an automatic test is performed and the stimulation intensity is set and adjusted based on the test results.

This simplifies operation and supports an appropriate stimulation intensity for the respective application.

Comfortable and Intuitive Operation

The Cefar Basic features a large backlit display, providing clear visibility of the settings even in less favorable lighting conditions.

Additional functions such as pause, program and keypad lock, compliance and self-check support simple and controlled operation. The program lock can help ensure that a previously selected program remains unchanged.

Compact and Portable

Weighing approximately 180 g including batteries and measuring approx. 120 × 30 × 50 mm, the Cefar Basic is compact and easy to transport.

The device is powered by 2 × AA 1.5 V batteries. Rechargeable batteries can also be used. A neck strap and carrying case are included.
