The PowerBlock Pro 100 Commercial is an adjustable dumbbell that combines the equivalent of 20 pairs of traditional dumbbells into a single dumbbell. In addition to the dumbbells, the Pro 100 Commercial includes a weight stand and an additional pair of handles for finer weight increments.

Depending on your needs, you can increase or decrease the weight to customize your workout. Thanks to the simple selector pin system, the weights can be changed quickly and easily during your workout.
