General information about Powerblock Pro 100:

The PowerBlock Pro 100 EXP offers up to 40 pounds with Stage 1 and the option to add 3 additional extension stages for up to 60, 80 or 100 pounds. Depending on your needs, you can increase or decrease the weight to customise your training. Thanks to a simple plug-in system, the weights can be changed quickly and easily during training. This means that the Powerblock Pro 100 allows you to perform intensive strength training with heavy weights from the comfort of your own home, while remaining space-saving and budget-friendly. Powerblock has equipped the Pro 100 EXP with a robust urethane coating to ensure smooth transitions and a virtually silent workout. With all these features, the Powerblock Pro 100 EXP is used by professionals, elite training facilities and gyms worldwide.

To make it easier to set the amount of weight, a colour scale helps to classify and select the appropriate weight.
To remove the internal weights, tilt the handle backwards so that the weights do not fall out and then pull the lever downwards. Remove the internal weights and insert them into the storage slots on the stand. Then drop the handle back into the weight stack to close the lever or do it manually. To put the weights back into the handle, reverse this process.
