The elegant wall-mounted rack, made from solid wood, accommodates eight NOHRD Swing weights, keeping the entire training set organized and within easy reach at all times.

The stylish stainless steel hooks securely hold the weights in place. Thanks to its well-thought-out design, the Swing weights can be quickly removed and just as easily returned after training. The Swing Board is a stylish addition to any home gym, studio or living space.

The Swing Board is mounted on a stable wall, making efficient use of available space. The eight Swing weights – two each in 2, 4, 6 and 8 kg – are stored neatly and in a space-saving manner.
