3-in-1 Training Meets Premium Design

The NOHRD TriaTrainer combines three training devices in one compact and stylish design. With a simple folding mechanism, the TriaTrainer can be used as an abdominal trainer, back trainer and workout bench.

The combination of solid wood, high-quality padding and precise craftsmanship makes the TriaTrainer a versatile piece of equipment for any home gym. When folded, it takes up less than one square metre of space, making it particularly easy to store.

Three Training Positions for Versatile Workouts

The TriaTrainer can be quickly and easily adjusted into three different positions, allowing for versatile training of the abs, back, glutes and core.

In the first position, it serves as a classic abdominal trainer. The second position is suitable for targeted training of the back and glute muscles. When fully unfolded, the TriaTrainer becomes a workout bench, ideal for traditional strength training and exercises with additional weights.

The integrated foot support can be adjusted to 10 different positions, providing secure and individual support during workouts. The padded seating and backrest surfaces provide additional training comfort.

Wood Finishes

The TriaTrainer is made from high-quality solid wood and is available in a range of wood finishes. Each version has its own distinctive character while combining premium materials with the signature NOHRD design.

• Ash: Made from oiled ash wood with a natural, light wood structure.

• Club Sport: Made from ash wood and finished with a distinctive rose-colored stain.

• Walnut: Made from dark walnut wood with an oiled finish.

• Cherry: Made from oiled cherry wood with a warm, distinctive grain.

• Oak: Made from oiled oak with a natural and timeless appearance.

• Vintage Oak: Made from stained oak with a warm and expressive appearance.

Upholstery options: Depending on the selected version, the TriaTrainer is available with genuine leather or synthetic leather upholstery.
