Nohrd WaterGrinder

NOHRD WaterGrinder – Intensive Training with Water Resistance

The NOHRD WaterGrinder is a high-quality upper-body training machine that combines strength and endurance training. Resistance is generated by a water-filled tank and naturally adapts to the intensity of your workout – without predefined resistance levels.

The classic cranking motion primarily engages the arms, shoulders, chest, back and abdominal muscles. The WaterGrinder can be used seated or standing, as well as from the front, back or side. The cranks can be adjusted to eight different positions, allowing you to individually adapt your training intensity.

The elegant frame made from solid, hand-finished wood makes the WaterGrinder not only a functional piece of fitness equipment, but also a premium design feature for homes and professional studios. The integrated, swiveling touchscreen performance monitor displays information such as time, heart rate, calories, watts and revolutions per minute.
