The NOHRD WallBars with 10 rungs combine functional training with premium design and a space-saving construction. Made from solid wood, the wall bars are ideal for strength training, stretching, mobility exercises and functional bodyweight training.

Thanks to the integrated fold-out extension bar, the WallBars can also be used for hanging and suspension exercises. At the same time, the compact design requires very little space and blends seamlessly into living spaces, home gyms and professional training environments.

Versatile Bodyweight Training

The NOHRD WallBars enable effective training using your own bodyweight. Depending on the exercise, muscle groups such as the abdominals, latissimus and triceps can be specifically targeted.

The wall bars are also ideal for stretching, mobility exercises and improving body alignment. The different rung positions provide numerous grip and exercise options.

Integrated Extension Bar for Additional Exercises

A key feature of the NOHRD WallBars is the integrated fold-out extension bar. It can be quickly folded out to provide additional space for hanging exercises, pull-ups and suspension exercises.

A robust safety rope and additional locking mechanism provide stability and security. According to the manufacturer, the safety system has also been tested for use in commercial fitness facilities.

Compact and Space-Saving

With a depth of just 13 cm, the WallBars require very little space and are therefore particularly suitable for home gyms and smaller training areas. The clean and functional design also makes them a stylish addition to living and working environments.
