The Thera-Band is easy to use and flexible in use. The latex-free Thera-Band® Exercise tape was based on the unique resistance properties of the original latex exercise tape. It is thus the only exercise band that is similar to the market-leading system of progressive resistance. It is also powder-free and odor-free. The color coding is analogous to the classic exercise tape and thus enables all users to use the same application.
