PowerBlock Pro EXP Stage 3

PowerBlock Pro EXP Stage 3 Adjustable Dumbbell

Easy home workout with power block

Thanks to a simple plug-in system, the Powerblock Pro Stage 3 multifunctional dumbbell enables weights to be changed quickly and easily. The Powerblock Pro version offers the possibility to train with heavy weights, so you can also do intensive strength training at home. Furthermore, the PowerBlock EXP Pro is equipped with a urethane coating to offer a smooth transition and the most silent dumbbell training possible. The Powerblock EXP Pro is available in 3 stages: Stage 1 represents the basis and offers the user dumbbell training up to around 23kg. With Stage 2, the EXP Pro can be expanded and you can train up to around 32kg. Stage 3 offers strength training for up to around 41kg in your own 4 walls. To make it easier to set the amount of weight, a color scale helps you classify and select the right weight.

To remove the inner weights, tilt the handle back to prevent the weights from falling out, then pull the lever down. Remove the internal weights and insert them into the storage slots on the stand. Then drop the handle back into the weight stack to close the lever or do it manually. To reinsert the weights into the handle, reverse this process.
