Spirit Fitness AB900+ AirBike

Spirit Fitness AB900+ Commercial AirBike

The Spirit Fitness AB900+ is a robust AirBike designed for professional use in fitness centers, hotels, sports clubs, and other commercial training environments. The air-powered, isokinetic resistance automatically adapts to the user's performance and enables both intensive full-body workouts and targeted upper-body training.

Thanks to its compact design, durable steel construction, and versatile training options, the AB900+ is ideally suited for demanding daily use.

Isokinetic Air Resistance for Effective Full-Body Training

The air-powered isokinetic resistance system generates dynamic resistance that adapts to the user's effort. The more intensely the user pedals and pushes or pulls, the higher the resistance becomes.

The moving handles allow simultaneous upper- and lower-body training. Alternatively, the integrated footrests allow users to focus the workout exclusively on the upper body.

The robust 1/8-inch chain drive is designed for intensive use and is also suitable for demanding HIIT workouts.

Comfortable Seating Position and Integrated Wind Deflector

The ergonomically shaped seat can be adjusted both vertically and horizontally, allowing it to be individually adapted to users of different heights.

An integrated wind deflector reduces the airflow from the fan and provides additional comfort during intense training sessions. The large platform pedals feature a non-slip surface and provide secure footing.

Versatile Training Programs

The Bluetooth-enabled console provides a clear overview of key training data such as time, distance, calories, watts, speed, RPM, and heart rate.

A variety of programs are available for versatile workouts:

• Quick Start
• Target Time
• Target Distance
• Target Calories
• Target Heart Rate
• 20/10 Interval
• 10/20 Interval
• Custom Interval

This makes the AB900+ suitable for both traditional cardio training and structured interval and HIIT sessions.

Bluetooth and Self-Generating Power Supply

The Bluetooth-enabled console allows connection to compatible training apps. At the same time, the AB900+ features a self-generating power supply, meaning no external power connection is required for the machine. The console itself is powered by 4 AA batteries.
