The Chattanooga Physio Set is a comprehensive product featuring 11 different programs: Rehabilitation I & II, Pain Management I & II, Vascular, Neurological Rehabilitation, Conditioning I & II, Incontinence, Denervated Muscles, and Direct Current. The device can be used in combination with MI technology. MI cables are included for this purpose. 

The Chattanooga Physio stimulator also has a trigger function. It only begins operating when required by the protocols. It can manage the selected treatment and automatically advances to the next phase if necessary.

With the Chattanooga Physio, it is possible to use a single program for all 4 channels, but you can also select different programs for different channels. This allows multiple body parts to be trained at the same time.

Chattanooga Physio Indications:

The physical therapy unit is suitable for treating most injuries and disorders of the musculoskeletal system, as well as for postoperative care following joint surgery and for treating various pain conditions. Examples:

As an NMES device, it is indicated for the following conditions:

• Delaying or preventing disuse atrophy
• Maintaining or increasing range of motion
• Re-educating muscles
• Relieving muscle spasms
• Increasing local blood flow

As a TENS device, it is indicated for the following conditions:

• Symptomatic relief and treatment of chronic, persistent pain
• Adjunctive treatment for acute pain following surgery and trauma
• Relief of pain associated with arthritis.

As a pulsed current device, it is indicated for the following conditions:

• Edema reduction (under the negative electrode)
• Reduction of muscle spasms
• Modulation of local blood flow (with a negative electrode)
• Delaying or preventing disuse atrophy
• Facilitating voluntary motor function
