Mesics Lactate Express
Lactate and Blood Glucose Meter
The Mesics Lactate Express is a compact meter for the rapid determination of blood lactate and blood glucose. Thanks to its electrochemical biosensor technology, only 0.8 µl of blood is required for the measurement. The lactate result is available after just 10 seconds, while the blood glucose result is available after 5 seconds.
The Lactate Express is particularly suitable for lactate step tests, performance diagnostics, and sports science applications. Measurement data can be transferred via the integrated Bluetooth interface to the Mesics Lactate Express App on iPhone, iPad, and Mac for digital analysis.
Lactate Measurement for Training and Performance Diagnostics
Determining blood lactate concentration provides detailed insight into an individual's response to exercise. The Lactate Express can therefore be used for structured lactate step tests, for example to determine lactate thresholds and training zones.
The Mesics Lactate Express App allows recorded values to be clearly displayed and analyzed. Depending on the app version, features may include functions for running, cycling, and rowing, graphical test analysis, as well as the creation of training zones and PDF reports.
Fast Measurement with a Small Sample Volume
Only 0.8 µl of blood is required for the measurement. The device can analyze fresh capillary or venous whole blood. Up to 800 measurement results can be stored on the device. The automatic test strip ejection makes handling easier after the measurement.

- Lactate: 0.5–28.0 mmol/L
- Blood glucose: 0.6–33.3 mmol/L
Bluetooth and Digital Data Analysis
With the integrated Bluetooth connection, measurement results can be transferred directly to compatible mesics software. This allows lactate measurements to be digitally documented and analyzed without manually entering the values.
The Lactate Express is therefore a practical solution for coaches, athletes, sports clubs, performance diagnostics, and sports science facilities that want to combine lactate measurements with digital data analysis.
